USE OF THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT (VENTA4NET™
FULLl VERSION) CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT
INSTALL AND/OR USE THIS SOFTWARE. USER'S USE OF THIS SOFTWARE
IS CONDITIONED UPON COMPLIANCE BY USER WITH THE TERMS OF
THIS AGREEMENT.
The Venta4Net™ software is owned and copyrighted
by VENTA ASSOCIATION. Your license confers no title or ownership
in the Venta4Net software and should not be construed as
a sale of any right in the Venta4Net software.
Anyone may test and study the Venta4Net™ Trial
version, but not this Venta4Net™ Full version,
during a test period of 30 days. Following this test period
of 30 days or less, if you wish to use the Venta4Net™
Full version, you MUST register. Should you detect errors
before registration, you accept them if you register. Any
bug reports will be accepted, but we cannot guarantee that
we will be able to correct errors.
Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license
to use the Venta4Net™ Full version (Server end)
on one computer (i.e. a single CPU) at a time. The registered
Venta4Net™ Full version may not be rented, leased,
or granted to any other person or company.
The Venta4Net™ Trial version (and ONLY this
version) may be freely distributed, provided the distribution
package is not modified. No person or company may charge
a fee for the distribution of the Venta4Net™
Trial version without written permission from the copyright
holder. This Venta4Net™ Full version may NOT
be freely distributed.
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell,
modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer,
or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed
program, except and only to the extent that such activity
is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding
this limitation. Any such unauthorised use shall result
in immediate and automatic termination of this license and
may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by VENTA
ASSOCIATION.
U.S. government information: use, duplication, or disclosure
by the U.S. Government of the computer software and documentation
in this package shall be subject to restrictions as set
forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical
Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.277-7013
(Oct 1988) and FAR 52.227-19 (Jun 1987).
NO OTHER WARRANTIES. VENTA ASSOCIATION DOES NOT WARRANT
THAT THIS VENTA4NET VERSION IS ERROR FREE. VENTA DISCLAIMS
ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. SOME
JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES
OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY MAY LAST,
OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT
APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS
AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION
TO JURISDICTION.
The program that is licensed to you is absolutely legal
and you can use it provided that you are the legal owner
of all files or data you are going to tranmist through the
use of our software or have permission from the legitimate
owner to perform these acts. Any illegal use of our software
will be solely your responsibility.
